We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery, and your local postal service completes the final leg. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing can add a few extra days.
Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and don't include New Zealand GST. They also don't include import duties, taxes or handling fees charged in your country. If these apply, they're set by your local authorities and payable by you before or on delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within six months for an exchange, replacement or refund. Simply return it in as-new condition with its original tags and packaging.

Linen is woven from flax, and the fibre has very little natural stretch or memory, so it folds where it bends and holds that fold. It isn't a fault—it's how linen behaves, and it's part of why the fabric looks the way it does. Hang it straight after washing and the weight of the fabric does most of the work. For a smoother finish, iron while damp on a warm setting.

Yes. You can return an item for exchange within six months of the order date, provided it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back to us. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don't charge you postage to send the exchange item out. If the replacement is the same price, it's a straightforward swap. If the values differ, we refund your original payment method and recharge for the new item.
