Orders are sent with full tracking, and we’ll email your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it.

Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don’t charge postage to send a replacement out.

A decorative growth chart in 4mm sustainably sourced pine veneer, designed and printed in New Zealand. Supplied as five interlocking pieces. Natural timber, so there may be small variations.

How to hang:
These growth charts are to be placed 45cm above floor level and come in 5 pieces. We advise to hang them with 3M double sided tape from Bunnings , Mitre 10 or your local home hardware store or more permanent adhesives.

4mm pine veneer.

Hangs 45cm above the floor and measures up to 195cm.

We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery, and your local postal service completes the final leg. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing can add a few extra days.
Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and don't include New Zealand GST. They also don't include import duties, taxes or handling fees charged in your country. If these apply, they're set by your local authorities and payable by you before or on delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

We don't offer gift wrapping at the moment, but we're happy to include a message from you. Add it in the notes when you order, along with who it's from, and we'll pass it on with the parcel.

Yes, within six months of the order date, provided the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back with the item, packaged securely for the return journey. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don't charge you postage to send a replacement out. If you can't find your form or you're not sure whether something qualifies, email sales@nznature.co.nz with your order number.

It happens rarely, but ceramics and glass can occasionally come to grief in transit. Let us know as soon as you can, emailing returns@nznature.co.nz with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you.

Yes. A small number of items are restricted for international freight, and if anything in your order is affected we'll contact you before we send it.

Some of it is, and the product page will tell you. Anything made here carries an NZ Made tag. Much of the range is designed in New Zealand and made offshore, and we'd rather be straight about the difference than blur the two.
