Women's Body Size Guide (cm)

Order by your body measurements. These are not garment measurements.

Size to order	10	12	14	16	18
Bust (cm)	89-92	94-97	99-102	106-109	113-116
Waist (cm)	69-72	74-77	79-82	86-89	94-96
Hips (cm)	99-102	104-107	109-112	116-119	123-126

How to measure

Measure yourself rather than a garment. Use a flexible tape measure over underwear, keeping it level and snug but not tight. These measurements show the best fit for each size. If you are unsure, or you fall in a gap between sizes, order the next size up.

Bust - Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing your usual bra.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest point.
Hips - Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feet together.

Our quality guarantee

We carefully select products made from premium natural fibres and stand behind their quality.

Every product we sell is guaranteed. If something is faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at returns@nznature.co.nz and we'll put it right. A photo helps us sort it quickly.

If you have any concerns about a product, we're always here to help.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

Return within six months of your order date.
Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.

Please enclose the returns form that came with your order. If you're unsure about sizing or fit before you order, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
