If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery, and your local postal service completes the final leg. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing can add a few extra days.
Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and don't include New Zealand GST. They also don't include import duties, taxes or handling fees charged in your country. If these apply, they're set by your local authorities and payable by you before or on delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

How to measure

Measure yourself rather than a garment. Use a flexible tape measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing, keeping it level and snug but not tight. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger.

Bust - Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.
Waist - Measure around the smallest part of your waistline.
Full hips - measure around the widest part of your lower body.
Length - Highest shoulder point to hem at centre front. Will fall somewhere between minimum and maximum lengths given.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

Return within six months of your order date.
Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.
