Often described as softer than cotton and a touch stretchier, bamboo viscose is an easy fabric to live in. It breathes well and washes simply, which makes it a natural pick for warmer days, sleepwear and everyday basics.

Our bamboo viscose garments are part of New Zealand Nature's own-label collection, created to offer comfortable, easy-to-wear clothing made from natural fibre-based fabrics. The bamboo used to create the fibre is grown in Sichuan Province, China, where bamboo has been cultivated for generations and thrives in the local climate. The bamboo is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilisers and is certified to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I, one of the world's most recognised standards for testing harmful substances.

Bamboo viscose is known for its softness, breathability and everyday comfort.

The smooth fibres create a fabric that feels gentle against the skin while remaining lightweight and easy to wear. Bamboo viscose is also relatively easy to care for, making it a practical choice for everyday garments.

Simple, gentle laundering will help maintain its softness and drape.

Please refer to the care label attached to your garment. Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold or warm water. Wash with similar colours and avoid bleach. Line dry where possible and use a cool iron if needed.

We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from Nelson, New Zealand.

• Most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

We offer secure online payments in NZD, AUD, GBP and USD. Your delivery address sets the currency you pay in and the taxes that apply.

• Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
• New Zealand prices include 15% GST.
• Australian prices include 10% GST.
• UK prices include VAT. On orders over £135 before VAT, VAT is paid on delivery instead, so we take it off at checkout.
• US prices include US tariffs and import taxes.
• Prices for other countries are in NZD and don't include New Zealand GST. Local duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch. If you have any questions about taxes, duties or shipping to your country, our team is always happy to help.

Every product we sell is guaranteed. If something is faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at returns@nznature.co.nz and we'll put it right. A photo helps us sort it quickly.

If you have any concerns about a product, we're always here to help.

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

• Return within six months of your order date.
• Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
• Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
• Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
• For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
• Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.
