Down gives exceptional warmth for very little weight, packing away small and lofting back out when you need it.

Washing only when needed and drying it thoroughly will help it keep its loft. Always refer to the care label attached to your garment.

We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery, and your local postal service completes the final leg. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing can add a few extra days.
Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and don't include New Zealand GST. They also don't include import duties, taxes or handling fees charged in your country. If these apply, they're set by your local authorities and payable by you before or on delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

Warmth without weight

Down works because of what it isn't. Unlike a feather, a down cluster has no quill and no flat surface. It's a three-dimensional bundle of fine filaments that lofts outwards in every direction, and the air held between those filaments is what does the insulating. The down itself weighs almost nothing, which is why nothing else comes close for warmth against weight.

That same structure is what lets down pack away. Compress it and the clusters fold in on themselves; release it and they open back out to full loft. A jacket disappears into the corner of a bag, then comes out warm.

Our down jackets and vests come from Moke, and all Moke down is certified to the Responsible Down Standard, which protects the welfare of the ducks and geese it comes from. No live plucking, no force feeding, and traceability through the supply chain to the finished garment.

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Yes. Every product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements for that specific garment, along with a how-to-measure section so you can compare against a piece you already own. Sizing can vary slightly between styles, so we recommend checking the guide for the item you're looking at rather than assuming your usual size. Yes. You can return an item for exchange within six months of the order date, provided it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back to us. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don't charge you postage to send the exchange item out. If the replacement is the same price, it's a straightforward swap. If the values differ, we refund your original payment method and recharge for the new item.
