If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don’t charge postage to send a replacement out.

About

Catherine Marion is a New Zealand-based illustrator and surface pattern designer, best known for intricate botanical patterns and colourful nature-inspired illustrations rooted in New Zealand's native flora and fauna. Catherine's designs aim to reconnect people to nature through colourful, stylistic patterns inspired by the flowers, foliage and birdlife she observes in her everyday surroundings.

We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery, and your local postal service completes the final leg. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing can add a few extra days.
Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and don't include New Zealand GST. They also don't include import duties, taxes or handling fees charged in your country. If these apply, they're set by your local authorities and payable by you before or on delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

Orders within New Zealand are sent by trusted courier services with full tracking and insurance included. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order leaves us, so you can keep an eye on its progress.

It happens rarely, but ceramics and glass can occasionally come to grief in transit. Let us know as soon as you can, emailing returns@nznature.co.nz with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you.

Yes. A small number of items are restricted for international freight, and if anything in your order is affected we'll contact you before we send it.

Some of it is, and the product page will tell you. Anything made here carries an NZ Made tag. Much of the range is designed in New Zealand and made offshore, and we'd rather be straight about the difference than blur the two.
