This is Merinomink's core blend: fine ZQ merino for softness, possum for lightweight warmth, and a little silk to keep its shape over time. It sits comfortably against the skin and layers easily when the temperature drops.

Designed and manufactured in Christchurch, Merinomink was one of the pioneers of luxury possum merino knitwear. Combining innovative yarn development with traditional craftsmanship, the brand creates premium garments that celebrate New Zealand's unique natural fibres.

Possum Merino combines fine merino wool with premium New Zealand possum fibre to create a fabric that is exceptionally warm, lightweight and soft against the skin.

The hollow structure of the possum fibre naturally traps warmth close to the body, while merino wool helps regulate temperature and allows the fabric to breathe. Naturally odour resistant and less prone to pilling, Possum Merino often requires less frequent washing than many other fibres.

When washing is required, gentle care will help maintain the softness, shape and performance of the fibre.

Please refer to the care label attached to your garment. Hand wash in cool water using a wool detergent or select a gentle wool cycle where appropriate. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Gently reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not tumble dry.

We offer secure online payments in NZD, AUD, GBP and USD. Your delivery address sets the currency you pay in and the taxes that apply.

• Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
• New Zealand prices include 15% GST.
• Australian prices include 10% GST.
• UK prices include VAT. On orders over £135 before VAT, VAT is paid on delivery instead, so we take it off at checkout.
• US prices include US tariffs and import taxes.
• Prices for other countries are in NZD and don't include New Zealand GST. Local duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

• Return within six months of your order date.
• Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
• Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
• Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
• For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
• Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.
