Made For New Zealand Conditions

Making hardwearing outdoor gear since 1913
Built around New Zealand wool
Warmth and durability, worn for generations

Swanndri started in 1913 when Taranaki tailor William Broome made a weatherproof woollen work shirt—the original 'swanny'. More than a century on, the brand still builds around New Zealand wool and the same idea: practical, hardwearing gear made to see out the seasons.

About Swanndri

Founded in New Zealand in 1913, Swanndri is one of the country's most recognised outdoor clothing brands. Originally created to protect workers from the elements, the brand has built its reputation on durable garments designed for life outdoors. Today, Swanndri continues to combine practical design with quality materials, creating clothing that reflects New Zealand's outdoor heritage and connection to the natural environment.

Men's Pants Size Guide (cm)

Order by your waist measurement.

Size to order	82 (32 in)	87 (34 in)	92 (36 in)	97 (38 in)	102 (40 in)
Waist (cm)	79-83	84-88	89-93	94-98	99-103
Inside leg (cm)	85	85	85	85	85

How to measure

Measure yourself rather than a garment. Use a flexible tape measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing, keeping it level and snug but not tight. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger.

Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, where you usually wear your pants.
Inside leg - Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.

Our quality guarantee

We carefully select products made from premium natural fibres and stand behind their quality.

Every product we sell is guaranteed. If something is faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at returns@nznature.co.nz and we'll put it right. A photo helps us sort it quickly.

If you have any concerns about a product, we're always here to help.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

Return within six months of your order date.
Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.

Please enclose the returns form that came with your order. If you're unsure about sizing or fit before you order, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
